Our providers include physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. They work as a regional team, which can include real-time consults.
  • What insurances does Hendrick Urgent Care take?
    We accept most major insurance plans and are always adding more. Please visit our “Insurances Accepted” page for a complete list of our insurances.
  • How much will my visit cost if I don’t have insurance?
    Cost will depend on the type of visit. However, we offer a 25% off discount for patients without insurance at all Hendrick Urgent Care locations. Visit the "Insurances Accepted" page to learn more!
  • Do I have to make an appointment?
    No, we are a walk-in facility. Hendrick Urgent Care is here, providing professional treatment without appointments or lengthy waiting. However, we do have a paperless check-in option if you prefer an online check-in experience.
  • Can I bring my children to Hendrick Urgent Care?
    Yes, We accept patients 3 months of age and older.
  • What is a Virtual Visit?
    Virtual Visit allows our providers to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients at a distance using telecommunications technology.
